A two-vehicle crash in rural Jefferson County sent three Robertsville residents to the hospital, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 

The highway patrol reported Jesse Harner, 76, was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado westbound on Highway 30 when he attempted to make a left turn. As his vehicle turned, it crossed into the path of a 2016 Buick LaCrosse driven by Michael J. Buckley, 54. Buckley’s vehicle hit the right side of Harner’s truck. 

Harner suffered moderate injuries in the crash and was taken by Big River Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis for treatment of his injuries. He was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the highway patrol. 

Buckley suffered minor injuries in the crash. He was also taken to Mercy Hospital South by Big River Ambulance. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

The third person injured in the crash was Pamela McDaniel, 54, who was a passenger in Buckley’s vehicle. She suffered serious injuries and was transported by Big River Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis for treatment.
