has an immediate opening for the position of:

PURCHASING / INVENTORY
CONTROL MANAGER
This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and hardworking individual who
is a self-starter and enjoys working in a team environment.
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation, benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.
Typical office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri with some flexible time allowed.
Occasional Saturdays may be needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
• Negotiate pricing for supplies and goods with
		 vendors to control cost of goods
• Order product and supplies to support efficient
		 production, exceed customer needs, and
		 maintain facility, machinery and office
• Organize and maintain quality, salability, and
		 security of current inventory in building and on
		 plant grounds
• Manage inventory levels to Company standards
• Receive and verify incoming stock and shipments
• Store, pull and organize parts to support efficient
		 production and upfitting
• Accurately account for incoming and outgoing
		 parts and supplies using QuickBooks Enterprise
• Process and manage vendor returns
• Provide up-to-date costs to leadership and sales
		 team members as requested
• Conduct ongoing cycle counts

Qualifications and Job Requirements:
• Effectively communicate with team members, vendors,
		 and customers verbally and in written form
• Ability to effectively listen and interpret internal and
		 external customer needs
• Good problem solving skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Proficient in standard mathematical functions including
		 calculating area, volume, and distance
• Proven organizational skills
• Open and flexible to changing situations
• High level of financial acumen regarding role and its
		 effect on Company results
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise or other ERP
		 systems is strongly preferred
• Ability to be forklift certified
• Perform job responsibilities in office, manufacturing
		 plant, and indoor & outdoor environments that may
		 include inclement weather, noise, and contact with dirt
		 and dust
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing
