Spelling Bee Registration

Spellers in The Bee must be in grades 4-8. (They must not have passed beyond the eighth grade or reached their 16th birthday on or before The Bee.) Spellers must attend a school or home school organization that is officially registered with The Bee and must have won the right to compete in The Bee through an organized spelling bee at that school. Each school MUST submit one named runner up who will compete in The Bee if the spelling bee champion is unable to attend. School coordinator must make arrangements for school to be represented at The Bee. Your school must submit a school photo or quality head shot of your school spelling bee champion for recognition in The Missourian. The Missourian will send our spelling resource booklet, Tips to Better Spelling to your school at no cost. The resource is for students in grades 4-8, and will included in the The Bee Word List.
