Akins remarks about rape and how if it is legimate a woman will not get pregnant is a perfect example of how the far right radical Christians can be pretty darn scary! They want to pray away the gay and rapist's sperm. They feel it is wrong for gays to marry. They scream no to abortion, yet do not want their tax dollars going to social welfare programs to help care for that same baby. My third grade teacher taught me that people built the USA so they would have the freedom of religion without persecution. I interpreted that to mean any religion. Alcoholics Anonymous would call this your own personal higher power! The Native Americans--perhaps the earth itself. Jewish, Hindu, Muslim, I believe in their right to believe as they will. To you work for an insurance company that would have to supply medical insurance to employers of gay spouses?? I just don't understand why it would even bother you! It is none of your concern!!! The road is in terrible condition. There are huge potholes, rippling, ruts, and the sides are crumbling away. Bill Schuck stated there would be 2.4 cars an hour traveling this tiny windy private road. This is simply not true. The traffic is incredible. Perhaps EE patrons and volunteers should be charged a toll!! Or the county should take over the maintainance of this road. The Missourian can check to verify but this is also a fact. EE has done nothing to comply with the conditions of their CUP. They still do not hold a commercial building permit! These permits are part of the county's assurance that the building is safe and up to code for all who use it. How the county has let this slip for 21 months is baffling. And EE has done nothing regarding the stated condition of building a parking lot. It would seem EE believes itself above rules and regulations.

I believe everything Prop B stands for. Annual vet checks!! Yes! Space! Yes! Dogs are kept like chickens in these huge scale legal puppy mills now! One lady--totally legit, told me she had 150 Pugs! 150! They had their own building with automatic waterers and feeders! Like Chickens! She did not even spend feeding time with the poor dogs. and think, she probably has puppies from 1/4 to 1/3 of then at a time. So she has up to 500 dogs at a given time. Pugs were bred to warm laps! How can they do their job in a facility like that? I have my own flock of chickens because I do not believe the way they are cared for is humane! I do not think dogs should be treated like livestock and the way livestock is being treated is often times horrid and disgusting. All you far right wingers, government is for the ppl by the ppl. Hay, you are not allowed to cook meth, fly down the highway at 100 miles an hour or own more than 3 dogs in many municipalities! Big business is regulated for our own protection against toxic emissions and huge oil spills and safe drugs and food. You want all your freedoms and your right to pack a concealed weapon, (and I seem to remember it failing at the ballot box twice!!) All your rights and freedoms from big government and taxes, but don't think gay people should have equal rights! You guys scare me bad bad bad! Well, I thank my government everyday for freedom from all the pollutants and our schools and firefighters, our libraries and parks. I would like stricter regulations on all the big energy producers and our food industry. I don't like eating meat full of hormones and antibiotics, and thinking the poor animal never even felt the sun on it's back.
Dr. Stoltz wrote a retraction because the Humane Society of Franklin County supports his stand? IDK!
