I absolutely agree that there is a hidden conflict of interest here that should be disclosed every
time Patients First is mentioned in a article. It sounds like Patients First legally used a loophole

While in this case I agree with you on this issue in fairness I feel you should
disclose your affiliation with St. John's Mercy whenever you present an
opinion on Patients First. I don't believe you are acting ethically in my opinion as
a journalist on this issue by not disclosing one of your reasons for feeling the way you do.Sep 22, 2010
