I'm sure we will get a $1 for $1 spending plan for this fiasco. Who thinks up these stupid ways to blow money and who owns the companies with the NO BID contracts? Why wasn't the frame work saved from the $7 million overpass in Sullivan ---whatever voo koo bucks for the RR overpass in St. Clair so the poooor RR can double stack train cars???6 months ago
