Katherine, once again the BM runneth over.
Good point, Mr. Brinker. You mean you can save taxpayer money by prepaying? I believe, Katherine, that this is one of the many suggestions that Mrs. Vemmer has made!!!!!!!!!!!! One point that your highly overpaid County Counselor was ignorant of or willfully hiding.
You previously stated you do not know the duties of the Auditor's office (very evident). Yet, you say Mrs. Vemmer is not fulling her duties. I suggest you get to know her. For if you do, you will soon discover she is a TRUE public servant.

Katherine:
I have sat back for several days reading your bloviations and it has finally reached the point I felt necessary to throw my two cents in. In regards to your comments about bsmn325, the only BM I see here is coming from your keyboard. What a childish act it is to degrade others by name calling.....takes me back to grade school years. In my attendance at some of these meetings, the only female (I am presuming you are female by your name) I have seen in attendance is Mr. LaBeau's relative. I personally know that she would never stoup to levels that you have tried to drag this discussion to. So, Katherine, who is feeding you your information? Whomever it is, needs to get their facts straight in regards to the Auditor, Tammy Vemmer. Or do you have a personal grudge against her?
Your questioning of the motives of the "triad" is a pathetic attempt to smear them. Let it be known that I and many others applaud and fully support their efforts. Thomas Paine once said, "The duty of a patriot is to protect his country from its government." It seems to me these gentlemen are trying to do such.
Factoids:
The Commissioners were ignorant of the facts pertaining to the COP's and the COP's were not even on their radar until the "triad" brought them to their attention.
Mrs. Vemmer took it upon herself to do Mr. Vincent's job to find out indeed that the COP's can be paid with minimal costs to the County. Who does the Commission and Mr. Viincent work for, the citizens of Franklin County or Edward Jones and the other banks involved?
Strange how Mr. Vincent was suddenly needed as a full-time attorney, shortly after losing his job with Patients First. I believe he is making close to twice the salary of Mrs. Vemmer. Who is being overpaid?
One has to ask.....why has this refinancing not gone out for bid when Mr. Vincnet happens to share a building with Edward Jones? Seems questionable!
