The day this tax is passed I will stop all of my shopping in Warrenton even thou I'm in town 5 days a week. There are better & nicer stores in the neighboring county which is closer than Warrenton. As a county resident I should not have to help pay for this. If the people of Warrenton really want & need this then they should have their property taxes raised to pay for it. This would end up just like the pool anyway, the county folks would be forced to pay through the nose to use it even if we would help pay for it in city sales tax.
