And then there was one.

Borgia (5-0 overall, 3-0 in the AAA Large) remained the area's lone undefeated team after winning Saturday in St. Louis over previously undefeated St. Mary's 37-7.

For just the third time this year, the Knights fell behind as St. Mary's scored first. However, that lit a fire that helped the Knights move to a 16-7 lead at the half.

And Borgia never looked back. The Knights scored all 21 points in the second quarter and took advantage of St. Mary's turnovers.

The game had been scheduled for Friday, but was delayed due to unrest in St. Louis.

Complete game coverage will be in the Wednesday Missourian.
