A pair of Lady Indians were chosen to the all-district team for Class 3 District 3.
Libero Genna Nickelson and hitter and setter Grace Smiley, both sophomores, were each selected as members of the district’s second team.
Nickelson made 16 digs in Pacific’s only district tournament game against Bishop DuBourg and 467 digs on the season. Smiley had eight kills and seven assists in the tournament and led the Lady Indians in both categories all season with 166 kills and 227 assists.
First team selections were dominated by district champion Lutheran South with six — Danielle Bishop, Emma Lind, Katie Brown, Livie Sandt, Natalie Robinson and Peyton Van Nest.
Amelia Neels from Notre Dame (St. Louis) was the only player from another squad to make the first team.
