St. Clair volleyball came away with a three-set win on the road Monday.

The Lady Bulldogs (14-8-3) outlasted De Soto, 25-22, 19-25, 25-17.

Addison Schneider led the St. Clair attack with 11 kills to go along with two blocks.

The numbers for freshman Alohilani Bursey continue to rise heading into the final weeks of the season. Bursey recorded three blocks and a season-high of seven kills.

Gracie Sohn matched Bursey with seven kills and added two blocks.

Others with kills included Makenzie Schmidtke, six, Makayla Johnson, three, Hannah Machelett, three, and Megan Hinson, one.

Hinson added a team-high 16 assists. Emma Hinson assisted 14. Schmidtke added three assists and Johnson two.

The Lady Bulldogs got seven aces from the service line — three from Schmidtke, two from Johnson, and one each from Schneider and Megan Hinson.

St. Clair will conclude its conference schedule at home against St. James (5-14, 0-6) Tuesday.

The Lady Bulldogs can ensure a share of fourth place in the Four Rivers Conference with a win. They can take fourth place outright with a win and a Pacific loss at New Haven.
