Getting ready for another Four Rivers Conference showdown, the New Haven basketball Lady Shamrocks (6-2)  raced past Wellsville at home Monday, 52-15.

“It was a good chance for the girls that don’t get to play a lot to get some time on the court. It also gave me a chance to see what they could do in game situations,” New Haven Head Coach Doug Peirick said.

Emily Scheer led the Lady Shamrocks in scoring with 16 points. She also had three rebounds, three assists and a steal.

Lauren Gerlemann hit double digits in scoring with 12 points. She added seven rebounds, four steals, one assist and a blocked shot.

Emma Engelbrecht had  eight points, seven rebounds, two blocked shots, two steals and one assist.

Mackenzie Bauer netted five points with four assists, four steals and one rebound.

Claire Meyer and Makenzie Munsinger each scored four points. Meyer also had two rebounds. Munsinger added two assists, a blocked shot, a rebound and a steal.

Kate Ruediger scored three points with four rebounds and two assists.

Claire Laune had two assists, two rebounds and a blocked shot. McKenzie Overschmidt had a rebound and a steal.
