Playing in front of a home crowd for the first time this season, Pacific Lady Indians volleyball did so successfully Wednesday.

Pacific (2-3-1) topped the visitors, Fox (0-2), in straight sets, 26-24, 25-15.

Junior Piper Linder was the match leader in kills with six.

Kate Taylor knocked down four kills. Corynn Boyer and Morgan Mulford made three kills each. Grace Smiley had two kills and Madison Brocato made one.

Senior Cassidy Murray made five blocks. Boyer blocked one.

Smiley recorded nine assists. Maddie King made eight assists and Mulford one. Murray served three aces. King aced one.

Libero Genna Nickelson recorded 25 digs.

Jaisie Kulic made 10 digs. Haley Lucas and Smiley had nine digs each. Mulford dug four, King three and Murray two.

The Lady Indians played at Seckman Thursday and are next in action at Washington Wednesday at 6 p.m.
