Traveling to Westphalia Monday, the New Haven volleyball Lady Shamrocks fell to Fatima, 27-25, 25-23.
“We missed too many serves last night and had too many other unforced errors,” New Haven Head Coach Jaime Hoener said. “Fatima is a solid team, but we have to find a way to start beating those sort of teams. We need more players to step up and contribute.”
New Haven (21-7-3) finishes the regular season with a home match against Pacific Tuesday. The Lady Shamrocks play district action at Calvary Lutheran in Jefferson City next week. The schedule had not been released as of deadline.
New Haven has advanced to the last three MSHSAA Class 1 State Tournaments, placing as high as second during that run (2015).
