The East Central College Falcon Invitational Golf Tournament and Athletic Hall of Fame Awards dinner has been rescheduled to Friday, June 8, at Wolf Hollow Golf Course in Labadie.
The tournament has an 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. check in and lunch time. Tee time is set for 12:30 p.m.
The dinner will be held after the tournament.
“The ECC Falcon Invitational Golf Tournament provides an opportunity for our business partners and our alumni to come together for a great day of golf and show their support for the college,” said Shannon Grus, executive director of the ECC Foundation.
Tournament proceeds will be divided between the athletic program and the alumni program, Grus noted.
In the past, proceeds have been used to purchase an electronic hall of fame for the athletic department, scholarships and on-campus activities for students.
This year, the new alumni recognition event will follow the golf tournament.
“At the event we will induct the newest members of the athletic hall of fame, honor our first class of nursing graduates and present the Outstanding Alumni of the Year award,” Grus said. “The evening will include dinner and drinks and a great chance to catch up with old classmates and friends.”
Sponsorships also are available at various levels.
The event is sponsored by the East Central College Alumni Association and Athletic Department.
