With the conclusion of the prep volleyball season, the Missouri High School Volleyball Coaches Association has selected its postseason honors.

A total of six area players have been named to the all-state teams.

Class 3 state champion Borgia had three players honored named all-state.

Senior setter Janie Arand and freshman outside hitter Audrey Arand were selected to the first team.

Sophomore rightside hitter Emma Kriete was selected for the second team.

Class 2 state champion Hermann placed two players on the first team.

Senior middle hitter Jamie Gleeson and senior setter Kali Stiers were named to the first team.

In Class 1, New Haven senior outside hitter Rachel Steinhoff was named to the all-state second team.

Local schools were placed into the MHSVCA Central/South Central Region.

In Class 3, Borgia’s Janie Arand and Audrey Arand were named to the first team.

Gleeson and Stiers both were picked for the Class 2 first team.

Making the second team in Class 3 was hitter Emma Kriete.

Pacific senior outside hitter Ashley Hill made the Class 4 honorable mention list.

New Haven’s Steinhoff and junior setter Mackenzy Vedder were named to the Class 1 regional second team. Junior middle hitter Taylor Covington and senior Emily Kallmeyer were honorable mention selections.

Owensville sophomore middle hitter Hailey Diestelkamp was selected to the Class 3 honorable mention list.
