Union junior Bethany Coons was named the Four Rivers Conference girls soccer player of the year in balloting by coaches.

Coons has netted 46 goals and 24 assists in helping Union go unbeaten in league play and win the Class 2 District 9 championship.

Other Union players selected to the first team were Taylor Gaebe and Emily Nowak.

Sullivan was represented on the first team by senior twins Taylor and Aley Lucas and Emily Hines.

Pacific was represented by Catherine Hayden, Cheyenne Jennings and Hunter Kelemen.

St. Clair was represented by Heather Pendegraft and Sam Deason.

Picked for the second team from Union were Karlie Peth, Kaylyn Bigley and Jordan Thorpe.

Sullivan’s second-team selections were Emma Randolph and Skylar Evans.

Pacific had Amber Zurliene, Makayla Ort and Julia Diehl picked for the second team.

St. Clair players on the second team were Tori Martin and Morgan Spanos.

St. James was represented by Skyla Risner.

Owensville, which fielded a team, was not eligible for all-conference honors as it did not play a full league schedule this year.
