Rolling up 557 yards of total offense, the Union Wildcats rolled to an easy victory Friday night at De Soto, 46-6.

Union (4-2) returns to Four Rivers Conference action next Friday at home against Owensville (1-5). The Dutchmen defeated Pacific Friday night to end a winless drought which went back to 2011.

In Friday's road win, the Wildcats got 369 passing yards from junior quarterback Blake Hulsey. He was 29-35 on the night passing the ball.

Ethan Hughes went 4-6 for 35 yards through the air after taking over in the second half after Union established a running clock.

The Wildcats had 29 team carries for 153 rushing yards.

Union Head Coach Erick Webster said De Soto ran 35 times for 100 yards and didn't do much through the air.

"We took hold pretty fast and went into the half just short of a running clock," Webster said. "We reached the running clock on our second drive of the second half. We were able to let the young guys play after that."
