Wright City 35, Bowling Green 28

The Wright City football team overcame a 28-7 halftime deficit to shut out Bowling Green in the second half and prevail 35-28.

Steven Soltysiak scored three touchdowns for the Wildcats, who improved to 2-3 and defeated their EMO rivals for a second consecutive season.

Tim Burks secured the game-winning interception to end Bowling Green's final drive in the fourth quarter.

St. Charles West 48, Warrenton 0

Four interceptions shackled the Warriors' offense, as they fell to 1-4.

St. Charles West led 35-0 by halftime, scoring the majority of their touchdowns on big-yardage plays.

Warrenton reached the red zone just once — on its opening drive.

Quarterback Braydan Chmiel went nine of 22 for 99 yards.

Luke Darity and Ryan Bradshaw each caught four passes for Warrenton.
