Clinics were held Monday at the high school, middle school and Campbellton, Fifth Street and South Point elementary schools.
On Wednesday, clinics were scheduled to be held at Augusta, Clearview, Labadie and Washington West elementary schools.
Marthasville Elementary will have a clinic next Tuesday, Nov. 24. The Warren County Health Department will supply and administer those vaccines.
Vaccines for all of the other clinics were supplied by the Franklin County Health Department.
"Our nurses and principals did a great job in preparation of the clinics and once we've set them up, it's all gone very fast," VanLeer said.
The superintendent said approximately 924 students (excluding Marthasville) were signed up to receive the shots.
"That's less than a third of our population, but that might be because we've already had the flu go through many of our schools," she said.
The district, due to its size, had been in a holding pattern with the vaccine. Other smaller schools and districts in the area have already held clinics. The county did not want to hold clinics until it had adequate vaccines to provide the entire district with the supply needed.
