Death Notice for Monday, Nov. 16: Billy D. Chavers, Barbara Cochran, James A. Doane, Timothy Malloy and John A. Prescott.

Billy D. Chavers Funeral Services Were Last Month
Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 30, at Brush Creek Cemetery, Gray Summit, for Billy Donald Chavers, 78, Labadie.
Mr. Chavers died Oct. 27, 2009.
He is survived by his wife, Alma Chavers, nee Rankins; two daughters, Donna Sorrells, Labadie, and Lula Jeanette and husband Kenny Hamilton, Washington; three sons, Billy Chavers and wife Roxanna, Lonedell, Gary Chavers, Labadie, and Paul Chavers and wife Amy, Villa Ridge; other relatives and many friends.
The family was served by Bell Funeral Home, Pacific.

Barbara Cochran Memorial Service Will Be Held Tuesday
A memorial service for Barbara Cochran, Labadie, will be held Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, at 11 a.m. at Old Bethel Church, Labadie.
Mrs. Cochran died in her home Friday, Nov. 13.
She is survived by her husband Carl, Labadie; daughter Catherine Locke and husband James; other relatives and many friends.
Arrangements were through the Neptune Society, Plantation, Fla.

James A. Doane Private Services Have Been Held
Private committal services were held for James Albert Doane, 83, St. Clair, formerly of Union Gap, Wash., at Oddfellows Cemetery, Sullivan.
Mr. Doane died Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009, in Sullivan .
He is survived by one brother, Hugh E. Doane, Sullivan; one sister, Mary Littrell and husband George, Sullivan; other relatives and many friends.
The family was served by Russell Colonial Funeral Home, St. Clair.

Funeral Mass Monday for Timothy Malloy
A funeral Mass was held Monday, Nov. 16, for Timothy Patrick Malloy Sr., 56, Washington, at St. Francis Borgia Church, Washington.
Burial was in the church cemetery.
Mr. Malloy died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009.
He is survived by his wife, Betsy Malloy, Washington; two sons, Timothy Malloy Jr. and wife Maija, O'Fallon, and Ryan Malloy and Katie Reis, Washington; two daughters, Meaghan Shaffer and husband Jason, University City, and Erin Malloy, Washington; other relatives and many friends.
The family was served by Oltmann Funeral Home, Washington.

John A. Prescott Memorial Services This Wednesday
Memorial services for John A. Prescott, 66, Washington, will be held Wednesday, Nov. 18, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Washington.
Mr. Prescott died Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009.
He is survived by his wife Catherine, nee Yenzer; two daughters, Christine Bowen and husband David, Villa Ridge, and Carla Beaver and husband Daryl, Washington; other relatives and many friends.
The family is being served by Miller Funeral Home, Washington.

timothy malloy was a great person to be around
I knew Timothy through his wife betsy because he use to come to the school and say hello when he came to visit his wife at school and he always said hi to us when he came to say hi to his wife at work and he was hilarious he told the funniest jokes and he was great to be around and he was a really wonderful man
