Bride's parents are Chet and Connie Nichols, Garden City, Kan. Groom's parents are Bob and Kay Harfst, Villa Ridge.

Serving as matron of honor was Jennifer Barrett, Garden City, Kan. Bridesmaids were Lee Steigemeier, Overland Park, Kan., Sara Kindler, Nelda Nichols and Tresia Crawford, all of Garden City, Kan.

Best man was Paul Compton, Houston, Texas. Groomsmen were Tyler Whetstine, Prairie Village, Kan., Rick Harfst, House Springs, Rob Harfst, Pacific, and Randy Harfst, Cuba, Mo.
Flower girl was Makayla Harfst, Cuba, Mo. Ring bearer was Bryce Harfst, Cuba, Mo.

A reception was held at The Terrace on Grand in downtown Kansas City.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Garden City (Kan.) High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. She is employed as an implementation architect by Cerner Corporation, Kansas City.

The groom is a 1998 graduate of Pacific High School and a 2002 graduate of William Jewell College,Liberty, with Bachelor of Science degrees in economics and in business administration. He is employed as an engagement leader by Cerner Corporation, Kansas City.

After a wedding trip to Kauai and Maui, Hawaii, the couple reside in Liberty.
