Kimberly graduated from the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at the University of Missouri in 2008, receiving a Bachelor of Science in nutrition with an emphasis in medical dietetics. She currently works as a registered dietitian and nutrition site supervisor for Near North Health Service Corporation in Chicago, Ill. Ê
Nicholas graduated from the University of Missouri in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. He currently works as a consultant for the Chicago branch of BTS, a global learning and development consultancy. Ê
The couple plan a summer 2010 wedding with a honeymoon in the Greek Islands.
