Terry and Teresa Kloppe, New Haven, announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Katie Kloppe, New Haven, to Jason Kolks, Rhineland, son of David and Kim Kolks, Rhineland.

Katie is a 2003 graduate of East Central College where she studied business management. She is employed at Boeuf & Berger Mutual Insurance Company, New Haven.
Jason is a 2007 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in business administration/marketing. He is employed at Peoples Savings Bank.
The couple plan an Oct. 31, 2009, wedding at Hermannn Hill Chapel.
