New Railroad Overpass
Part of the project to add two lanes to Highway 100 includes building a second bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad tracks in the Villa Ridge area.
Workers have completed most of the structure and were pouring the concrete bridge deck this week. This photo is looking west toward Highway M. The project which is being funded jointly by the city of Washington and the state. When completed later this year the additional westbound lanes will extend from Washington to Interstate 44.

It actually goes over the old Rock Island Right of way. I believe it is called the Missouri Central now. Casey Jones
