These properties have already been annexed into the city, but due to a change in the petition form, the city has elected to confirm the annexation process to insure all properties are annexed properly per the desires of the city and property owners.
Ordinances, Resolutions
* Bill 2009-24 - An ordinance to allow the city administrator to enter into a lawn care services agreement with Patton's Nursery.
* Resolution 2009-09 - A resolution establishing a capital assets policy for the city of St. Clair. This policy establishes any asset purchased at a cost of $5,000 or more as a capital asset and provides requirements for the management of said capital assets.
Old Business
* 2010 Census Complete Count Committee - The board of aldermen will discuss the appointment of a city resident to the 2010 Census Complete Count Committee. Said committee shall be up in running during the month of April 2009.
The 2010 census will be taken on April 10, 2010.
* Planning and Zoning Committee Vacancy - The board of aldermen will discuss the appointment of a member to fill the vacancy of Eileen Foster.
New Business
Park Board Appointments - The board of aldermen will discuss and approve the appointment of Nathan Tate and Karen McGlenn to the park board.
