Abortion Is Murder; Unborn Have Rights
By Kate Serafino, New Haven
The Missourian
To The Editor:
It seems that every time I open the newspaper or tune in to KLPW I am met with all avenues of attempts to educate people about cruelty to innocent animals.
While I am myself an avid animal advocate, adopting the unwanted and caring for animals of all types, I can’t help but be saddened at what is not being said.
While everyone screams for protection of these innocent animals, every day 120,000 innocent babies are being slaughtered in abortion. While the world pleas to save our unwanted animals, we casually and quietly murder human beings, endowed with souls and formed in the image and likeness of God. These precious children not about to be born are suffering murder and a true violation of their rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Every year 46,000,000 children are killed at the hands of their mothers — with no one to protect them. The crimes against animals are certainly unacceptable, and yet these outrages against human life are that much greater!
God have mercy on us!
