To The Editor:

This is a letter of praise and gratitude for the gardeners whose backyards face Highway 100 across from Auffenberg Ford.

For years now I have enjoyed these two backyard gardens.

They are beautiful all four seasons of the year, year after year.

It is a refreshing reprieve from the concrete and red lights.

So here’s to you, gardeners. I feel as though you make your yards gorgeous for the sake of the travelers on Highway 100.

It is noticed and oh so appreciated.
