Traffic Lights at Intersection

Every day there are considerable episodes of drivers not yielding the right of way at the intersection.

It is clear that many drivers have not a clue what the concept of “right of way” is around this area. Apparently it was not taught in drivers ed.

How can drivers be so inconsiderate and in such a hurry not to be courteous and share the rules of the road? There is too much traffic at this intersection for the lights to flash all red.

The decision must have been made by the same “expert” who thought placing a traffic circle on a truck route so the trailers could just roll over the middle was a great idea also.
