Thanks for Support of EJ 5K Event By The Ella Jean Neier Family, Washington The Missourian

To The Editor:

The family of Ella Jean Neier would like to express our sincere appreciation for all the support we had for the second annual EJ 5K Run/Walk on Sept. 30, 2012. Thank you to all who participated in the EJ 5K making the run a huge success with over 180 people in attendance. We would also like to thank those unable to attend yet still contributed.

The run/walk would not be possible without the support of Borgia by allowing us to host it on the Borgia track and the support of our sponsors: Happy Apples, American Family Insurance-Robert L. Vossbrink Jr., Hellebusch Tool & Die, Marquart’s Landing, Unnerstall Accounting, Bank of Washington, Zick, Voss, Politte & Richardson, Taco Bell (W&M Restaurants) and Mercy Hospital.

We would like to extend a special thanks to the SFBRHS Class of 2012 for its donation to the Ella Neier Scholarship Fund.

Because of all the generosity of our supporters, the proceeds will provide a scholarship to a Borgia student in memory of Ella.
