To The Editor:

Election time is coming soon, and there are issues — mostly to me there is one issue that is most important — the murder of our babies.

Think about how God forms their bodies in the womb. Isn’t it amazing — eyes that are designed by Him, will never see mommy or daddy. That is if they are subject to the murderous practice called abortion.

Let’s call it what it is, the murder of the most innocent.

If you are for this horrible practice, and Claire McCaskill is, I believe the blood of these babies is on your hands. Doesn’t the Bible say, “Thou shalt not kill.”

But God is a merciful God — if you have been involved in this outrage you can be forgiven. Just ask.

There is another side to this. We, as the church, need to reach out with love and compassion to those involved in this in any way.

There are many couples who would love to adopt one of these precious ones. Adoption should be made less costly than it is. However, there should be careful background checks. I’m sure there are many who would qualify.

Before you cast your vote, think about this: Am I voting for life or death?

This is a serious matter.

P.S. Maybe it’s because of the abortion of 60 million babies that we are seeing stores closing for lack of people to run them.
