Kinder for Lieutenant Governor

His experience includes being a lawyer, serving on the staff of a Missouri U.S. congressman, a real estate representative for Drury Industries and he was associate publisher of the Southeast Missourian, a daily newspaper in Cape Girardeau, his hometown.

Kinder has been an active lieutenant governor and knows the state from the top of its boundaries, to the bottom, from east to west. He knows Missourians — he stays in touch with rural and urban residents. He has been one of the most active state officials. As the official Senior Advocate, Kinder has worked to the full extent of his authority in that role to help the aged. He has been a leader in issues that benefit military veterans. Tourism has been another activity in which he has been a leader in promoting the state’s attributes, drawing thousands of visitors to Missouri. He has been faithful in serving on a number of state boards and commissions as is called for by being lieutenant governor.
