Eric C. Westhoelter, 55, Washington, passed away Sunday, Jan. 1, 2012.

Mr. Westhoelter was the son of Bernie Westhoelter and wife Cynthia, nee Huether. He was born Aug. 13, 1956, in Washington.

He made a living as a warehouse manager for the Washington School District.

Mr. Westhoelter is survived by his parents, Bernie and Cynthia Westhoelter, Washington; his brothers, Cary Westhoelter and Craig Westhoelter and wife Sheila, all of Washington; his nephews, Justin West and Joey Westhoelter; his nieces, Alyssa Westhoelter and Amber Westhoelter; other relatives and many friends.

Services were held Friday, Jan. 6, at St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Washington, with the Rev. Paul Koch officiating.

The family requested memorials to be made out to the Leukemia Society or St. Peter's U.C.C.

The family was served by Nieburg-Vitt Funeral Home, Washington.
