Doris H. Graves
Doris H. Graves, 90, Washington, passed away Saturday, Dec. 31,
2011, at Cedarcrest Manor, Washington.
Mrs. Graves was born Sept. 2, 1921, in Washington, the daughter
of Daniel Fleer and wife Viola, nee Hoelscher.
She was united in marriage to Magnus Graves June 29, 1940, at
St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Washington.
Mrs. Graves is survived by her husband, Magnus Graves; two
daughters, Sharon Kesselring and husband William, Grover, and
Connie Steibel and husband Don, Washington; four brothers, Kenneth
Fleer and wife LaVerne and Daniel Fleer Jr. and wife Marion, all of
Washington, Jack Fleer and wife Martha, Winston-Salem, N.C., and
Thomas Fleer and wife Donna, Bentonville, Ark.; one sister, Patsey
Unnerstall and husband Eugene, Washington; six grandchildren; nine
great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Eldon,
Donald and Robert Fleer; and one daughter, Joyce Graves.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 7, at St. Peter's
United Church of Christ, Washington, with the Rev. Paul Koch
officiating.
Burial was in the church cemetery.
Memorials to St. Peter's General Fund or Preferred Hospice of
Missouri are preferred.
The family was served by Miller Funeral Home, Washington.
