Rose M. Harles
Rose Marie Harles, 84, Leslie, passed away Friday, Jan. 6, 2012,
in Gerald.
She was born Sept. 20, 1927, in St. Louis, the daughter of the
late Klem Siedhoff and wife Irma, nee Freuh.
Mrs. Harles received her education in St. Louis. She was united
in marriage to Frank Harles July 12, 1947, at St. George Catholic
Church, Affton. The couple made their home in St. Louis and moved
to Leslie in 1983.
Mrs. Harles was preceded in death by her parents, Klem and Irma
Siedhoff; and one great-grandson, Erik.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Harles, Leslie; two sons,
Frank C. Harles and wife Kathie and Dennis Harles and wife Barbara,
all of Leslie; six grandchildren, Frank Harles, Bret Harles, Angie
Wilde, Cindy Kays, Robby Harles and Karen Scholz; eight
great-grandchildren, Amber, Noah, Kari, Ryan, Logan, Abby, Olivia
and Sean; other relatives and many friends.
A funeral service was held Monday, Jan. 9, at Oltmann Funeral
Home, Union, with the Rev. Jim Foster officiating.
Burial followed in Resurrection Cemetery, St. Louis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Diabetes
Association are preferred.
