Jerrine C. Maune
Jerrine C. Maune, 73, Washington, passed away Saturday, Dec. 31,
2011.
Mrs. Maune was born June 11, 1938, in Washington, the daughter
of the late Harvey Klepper and wife Edna, nee Straatmann.
She received her education from St. Francis Borgia High School,
Washington. She was united in marriage to Virgil Maune May 6, 1994,
at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Washington.
Mrs. Maune was employed by Annie's. She was a member of the
Knights of Columbus Auxiliary and Our Lady of Lourdes Ladies
Sodality. Mrs. Maune loved gardening and sewing.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert
Holtmeyer; her parents, Harvey and Edna Klepper; and a nephew,
Scott Klepper.
Mrs. Maune is survived by her husband, Virgil Maune, Washington;
three daughters, Nancy Scheffler and husband Al, Festus, Geri
Krajcir and husband Shawn and Amy Holtmeyer and special friend Rich
Morrison, all of Washington; one brother, Keith Klepper and
special friend Melanie Cox, Columbia; five grandchildren, Sam,
Andrew and Ethan Scheffler and Hannah and Emma Krajcir; other
relatives and many friends.
A Mass of Christian burial was held Tuesday, Jan. 3, at Our Lady
of Lourdes Church, Washington, with the Rev. Mike Boehm
officiating.
Interment was in St. Francis Borgia Cemetery, Washington.
Memorials to Our Lady of Lourdes Church or the Arthritis
Foundation are preferred.
The family was served by Nieburg-Vitt Funeral Home,
Washington.
