Wells Fargo Advisors Rodeo Team to Compete at Fair
Wells Fargo Advisors Rodeo Team will be at the Washington Town and Country Fair rodeo Aug. 2.
Championship bronco rider Keegan Knox will compete. The rodeo begins at 7:30 p.m. in the motor sports arena.
The Wells Fargo Advisors Rodeo team will be on hand before the rodeo to sign autographs outside the south side of the arena by 5 p.m.
In addition to Knox, of Abilene, Texas; saddle bronc rider Tanner Nolan, Big Cabin, Okla.; and bull rider Kenny Upton, Manhattan, Kan., will compete.
Upton is ranked 19th in American Cowboy Rodeo Association (ACRA) Bull Riding standings. Nolan is 14th in the ACRA saddle bronc rider standings and eighth in the southern region in the International Professional Rodeo Association (IPRA).
During his rookie year in 2010, Knox finished in the Top 10 in the world in the ACRA. He is currently ranked fourth in the ACRA saddle bronc rider standings and fifth in the southern region in the IPRA. Knox also is ranked 16th in the world overall in the IPRA.
The Wells Fargo Advisors Rodeo team is sponsored by the Wells Fargo Advisors Home Region with the support of Keith Vanderveen, regional president of the home region, and, Wells Fargo Advisors Kansas complex under the management of Kansas Complex Manager David Dear.
