A man accused of making statements against Washington’s municipal judge is facing twin felony charges.
Authorities issued a two-count felony warrant last week charging Robert W. Foulk, 50, with tampering with judicial proceeding.
Foulk’s address on the warrant was listed as the Franklin County Jail. His bond in the felony case was set at $20,000.
The felony complaint alleges that Foulk made the statements, that included profanity, against Washington Municipal Judge Craig Hellmann on two different occasions in July.
