Warrant Issued for Assault Suspect
The Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office Monday issued an arrest warrant for a Washington man charged with domestic assault, burglary and property damage.
On Nov. 16, John C. Moss, 44, allegedly gained entry into the home of a former spouse, according to the Washington Police Department.
The alleged assault occurred inside the home, police say.
The woman refused medical treatment afterward.
Moss is charged with third-degree domestic assault and second-degree property damage. He allegedly put a hole in the home’s drywall, police say.
Moss also is charged with second-degree burglary for allegedly gaining entry into the home, which is in Stone Crest subdivision, according to police.
