The 31st annual Downtown Washington Fine Art Fair & Winefest will open Friday night and run through Sunday. Here members of the winefest committee raise their glasses to a successful event. The event chairman is Kenny Pinnell and his co-chair Doris Witherspoon. Visitors will be able to sample wines, view artwork, listen to live music and find plenty to eat at a large food court during the three-day festival, sponsored by Downtown Washington Inc. Activities will take place on and around the Main and Elm parking lot in the heart of downtown. It is the largest all-Missouri winetasting event.
