Washington Man Charged in Burglary

The charge alleges that Cibulka entered a home in the 400 block of Market Street Wednesday, Sept. 26, and that the break-in occurred while a resident was asleep inside the home.

Police were called to the scene when another tenant of the home reported seeing Cibulka leaving through a back door. That man detained the suspect until police took him into custody.

Police found that a screen on a kitchen window had been cut or pulled away to gain access to the home, according to a probable cause statement filed in court.
