Search Resumes for 12-Year-Old Boy Last Seen Along Meramec River Near Pacific

The search continues for missing Affton boy Christopher Marks. Marks went missing Sunday afternoon while vacationing with his family. Christopher was last seen swinging over the Meramec river on a rope swing.

A press conference today revealed that no evidence of the boy has been found.  Authorities have stated that cadaver dogs have been brought into the search.

PACIFIC, Mo. (AP) — Searchers are looking for a 12-year-old St. Louis County boy last seen Sunday night after telling his family he was going to swing on a rope on the Meramec River.

A missing person advisory went out early Monday for Christopher Marks. He was last seen about 7:30 p.m. Sunday in Pacific. Police were assembling Monday morning at the river with plans to search the water and the heavily-wooded area near it.
