Highway Work Zone Changes for This Week and Next

Rams and Cardinals fans should have no trouble getting downtown to root for the home teams during the next week. As the St. Louis Cardinals continue their World Series quest, MoDOT will limit work on interstates heading into St. Louis City at least an hour before home games. The department will also limit work on interstates heading out of the city for at least an hour after the home game ends. The Cardinals will be in town Saturday, Sunday and possibly Monday.

The Rams will also be in town Monday, hosting the Seattle Seahawks at the Edward Jones Dome. The new Tucker ramp from I-70 will provide easy access to Edward Jones Dome or Market Street/ Busch Stadium. Motorists should be aware that the Broadway ramp from eastbound I-70 will be closed Monday due to NFL security requirements.

The exit and entrance ramps at Interstate 64 and Chesterfield Airport Road will be closed during the overnight hours Thursday, October 24. Crews are working on the pavement for these ramps. The ramp from eastbound I-64

to Chesterfield Airport Road will close at 9 p.m. and reopen no later than 5 a.m. Friday, October 25. The ramp from Chesterfield Airport Road to westbound I-64 will close at midnight and open no later than 5 a.m. Friday,
