The St. Clair Elks Lodge was packed with early voters Tuesday as out-of-town residents filled out their ballots. More than 100 individuals were waiting outside of the Elks Lodge before polls opened at 6 a.m. and a steady stream of voters filed in as daylight broke. Local, state and national races were decided on Tuesday and some state and local issues also appeared on the ballot.
