Two Franklin County Teens Injured in Wreck Friday
Two teenagers were transported by St. Clair Ambulance to Mercy Hospital Washington following a one-vehicle accident Friday, June 1, shortly after 8 p.m. Friday.
The accident occurred on northbound Route FF, south of Lonedell, according to a preliminary crash report from the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Aaron Cheatham, 16, St. Clair, was driving the 1994 Chevy Camaro when he lost control of the vehicle rounding a curve, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a large tree, according to the Highway Patrol.
Cheatham and his passenger, 18-year-old Dominika Ubarova, Luebbering, were not wearing seatbelts.
The patrol listed the Camaro as totaled.
