Civil War in Pacific CD Now Available
The Civil War in Pacific program, filmed at Pacific High School March 24, 2011, is now available on CD.
Eight area individuals spoke on events that occurred in Catawissa and Pacific between 1861 and 1864, including the Oct. 1, 1864, Battle of Pacific.
The one-hour video, funded by the city of Pacific Tourism Commission and Chamber of Commerce, was a Meramec Valley Genealogical and Historical Society project.
Pauline Masson was the writer and director. Matt Wilson, Step Productions, New Haven, filmed and produced the video.
The cost of the CD is $15.
CDs can be picked up at Pacific Scenic Regional Library on Tuesday mornings from 10 a.m. to noon.
