Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon will be at East Central College's Washington campus Monday, Oct. 15, to announce new opportunities for modern manufacturing training.

The governor will be at the campus at 1978 Image Drive at 10:45 a.m.

He will speak about a new statewide training network that will create opportunities for Missourians to receive specialized training they need to begin a career in modern manufacturing.
