Washington Senior Center Menu
Reservations are appreciated for lunch. Call 636-239-3374. For guests ages 60 and older, the cost is a suggested donation of $3.25. Guests under age 60 pay $6.25.
There is no charge for any of the activities or events.
The Washington Senior Center is located at 1459 E. Fifth St., in the lower level of the Washington Elks Hall.
Monday, Dec. 31 — “Farkle.” Lemon pepper Pollock fish, flavored brown rice, Brussel’s sprouts, carrots, wheat bread, fruit cocktail.
Tuesday, Jan. 1 — Center closed for the holiday.
Wednesday, Jan. 2 — Art class, 9:30 a.m. Bridge, 12:30 p.m. No dance, due to the holidays. Baked ham, sweet potatoes/apples, California vegetables, three-bean salad, wheat bread, whole grain brownie cookie.
Thursday, Jan. 3 — Pinochle, 12:30 p.m. Arthritis exercise, Andi Kempf, 1 p.m. Blood pressure and sugar check with Cedarcrest Manor. Meatloaf and gravy, scalloped potatoes, green peas, fruit ambrosia, wheat bread, vanilla wafers.
Friday, Jan. 4 — Yoga class, Melissa Dutchaschek, 10 a.m. White elephant bingo, 10:30 a.m. Cards of any kind, 12:30 p.m. Dartball, 12:30 p.m. Beef stroganoff with noodles, zucchini and tomatoes, baby lima beans, gelatin with fruit, wheat dinner roll.
