The Super 8 Hotel, Washington, and its staff have been recognized with the Spirit of Super 8 award by the Super 8 hotel brand, placing the hotel’s customer service and brand engagement among the very best in the brand’s more than 2,200 hotel portfolio.

To be eligible for the award, a hotel must have demonstrated a strong connection with its guests as well as an unwavering commitment to its staff and the community where it is located.

“The Super 8 Hotel in Washington, Mo., and its staff are a shining example of the simply super service that guests can expect when they stay with the Super 8 brand,” said John Valletta, president of the Super 8 brand. “I congratulate all of them on this wonderful achievement and thank them for their dedication.”

“This is a tremendous honor for our hotel. We have an outstanding team and this award is a true testament to the care and commitment our staff demonstrate to our guests each and every day,” said Mary Wood, general manager.
