Country Living Antiques & More, currently located at 5 W. Second St. in Downtown Washington will relocate to 216 W. Main later this month.

Owners Mike and Gail Lause said the new location offers more space, as well as the possibility of living above their shop.

The Lauses said they weren’t sure of the exact moving date, but said it should be sometime this week or next.

“If you can’t find us at West Second, look at West Main,” Mike Lause said.

Other than the location, Gail Lause said nothing else will change with the store.

“We will still be the small shop with a big selection,” she said. “When Mike gets out of his rocking chair, he tries to find more unique items.”

Country Living Antiques & More opened in 2008 and moved to its present location in 2010. The store offers antiques, quilts, baskets, primitives, bottles, material, linens, books, artwork and other items.

“We try to have something for everyone,” Mike Lause said.

Country Living is open seven days per week, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

Hours may expand at the new location.
